Here at Z.C.S., We provide several ways to effectively obtain new talent.
Retained, Preferred, and Contingent, Contract.
Retained:
A retained search is our most dedicated type of search with the highest priority. A team of Talent Acquisition Specialists work closely to source the right candidate for the position.
A reatained search is paid in three steps. One third is paid to initiate the search process. A second payment is made 45 days into the search and the final is paid after a candidate is hired to your company. Total payment for a reatined search is thirty-five percent of the gross annual salary.
Preferred:
This type of search is our most utilized, giving your search the same priority as a retained search. A team of Talent Acquisition Specialists also work closely to find the right candidate.
This search is also paid in three steps. An initial payment of $6000.00 is made at the start of the search process. After the candidate is successfully placed, twenty-five percent of the positions annual salary is then invoiced and is payable over 90 days.
Contingent:
This is the most basic type of search. This search option is atttactive to employers because of no up-front or out-of-pocket expenses. Although this type of search is less dedicated, it is no less focus driven. Payment for this type of search is thirty percent of the positions annual salary. payable upon successfull placement of a candidate.
| Contract Staffing |
| When a permanent employee is not desired, Z.C.S. will search out a contract employee with the appropriate skill set. Z.C.S. will payroll the contract employee and keep them on site until the completion of the assignment or until the contract employee is offered full time employment with the Client. Z.C.S. can also payroll contract employees already identified by the employer. Clients also have the option to payroll the contract employee. In these cases an agreed upon finders fee will be due. | |

In our commitment to instituting the latest recruiting processes, we can assist our clients in developing their recruiting strategies and realizing these strategies through implementation. |
